Legal notice

Website identity

Stone Pelorus operates the online storefront at https://stonepelorus.com. The legal operator's name, business address and contact information are provided on the Contact Us page. “Stone Pelorus” in the store's commercial policies refers to the store and its disclosed legal operator; it is not a separate promise of a particular manufacturing origin.

Website materials

The text, layouts, photographs, illustrations and other material displayed on this website are owned by Stone Pelorus or used with permission where applicable. You may view and save material for personal shopping purposes. Reproducing content for commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits otherwise. Nothing on the website grants a license to a third party's trademark or other intellectual property.

Product representations

Product information should be read together with the specific listing. A styled room image may contain accessories that are not included; included items are identified in the product description. Any image identified as a visualization or illustration is not a manufacturing drawing or a substitute for the stated product specifications. These explanations do not excuse a material difference between a delivered product and its description.

External references

References or links to outside services do not imply ownership of, or control over, those services. Their own terms govern your use of them. Mentioning a delivery or technology provider does not imply an endorsement of Stone Pelorus by that provider.

Notices and corrections

To report an inaccurate website statement or an intellectual-property concern, email support@stonepelorus.com. Identify the relevant page, describe the issue and include information supporting your request. For a rights complaint, include your contact details and explain your authority to act for the rights holder.

The Terms of Service govern shopping and use of the storefront. This notice does not limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
