Shopping with Stone Pelorus

These terms apply to use of stonepelorus.com and purchases from Stone Pelorus. The legal operator is identified on Contact Us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies specifically relevant to that transaction. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that applicable law does not allow a store to limit.

Orders and acceptance

You must have legal capacity to make the purchase, provide accurate checkout details and be authorized to use the selected payment method. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Stone Pelorus accepts the order when it sends a shipment confirmation. If a paid order is not accepted, the payment will be refunded.

Stone Pelorus may decline an order when an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the address is outside the delivery area or there is a reasonable indication of fraud. If a material price or listing error is identified, Stone Pelorus will explain the error and seek your agreement before proceeding on corrected terms, or cancel and refund the affected order. An increased price will not be charged without your permission.

Product information and your purchase

Check the listed dimensions, materials, quantity and included components before ordering. Screen settings and room lighting can affect perceived colors, but do not excuse a product that materially differs from its description. Stone Pelorus will address defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods under the Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Payment, delivery and returns

The Payment Policy explains accepted payment methods and charges. The Shipping Policy contains the delivery area, costs and timing. The Return and Refund Policy governs return eligibility, costs and refunds. These policies form part of the information provided for your order; later policy changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an earlier purchase.

Using the website

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the store, disrupt checkout, submit fraudulent transactions, introduce harmful code or misuse another person's account or personal information. If an account is available, keep its login details confidential and notify Stone Pelorus of suspected unauthorized use.

Shopify and third-party services

The storefront is hosted on Shopify, which supplies ecommerce technology. Your product purchase is from Stone Pelorus, not from Shopify. Personal-information handling, including Shopify's role, is explained in the Privacy Policy. External payment and delivery providers may also apply their own service terms, but those terms do not remove Stone Pelorus's obligations to you for an accepted order.

Responsibility and legal rights

Stone Pelorus is responsible for performing its obligations for accepted orders. Service interruptions or events outside reasonable control may affect access or delivery, but do not eliminate refund or other remedies required by law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive participation in a class action or exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The laws of Kentucky and applicable U.S. federal law govern these terms, without displacing mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence. Contact support@stonepelorus.com if a problem arises so Stone Pelorus has an opportunity to investigate. You remain free to use available legal or regulatory remedies.

Updates

Material changes will be made available on the website before applying to future transactions. The terms presented when an order was placed continue to govern that order.
